The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the listed manufacturer, issued a voluntary recall on Girls’ Hooded Zip Jackets and Vest Sets. The jackets and vest sets are manufactured by Splendid of Los Angeles, CA and can pose a strangulation or entrapment hazard to children. If you have purchased or have received one of these items as a gift, both the company and the U.S.C.S.P.C. recommend immediately removing the drawstring from the hood of the garment and contacting the manufacturer for a full refund.

The U.S. Consumer Procuct Safety Commission issued a recall of Bathtub Subs, distributed by Munchkin Toys on Oct. 18, 2010. The voluntary recall of the toys by the manufacturer is due to a laceration hazard to children.
