Arizona Car Insurance

Liability Coverage.  Every Arizona driver must have mandatory minimum liability limits for car insurance.  It's the law.  But you have a choice on how much protection to purchase. Lots of people believe they have purchased "full coverage" but it may be wise to investigate before you need to know exactly what "full coverage" you have. All drivers in Arizona are required to have policy limits of at least $15,000 / $30,000. $15,000/$30,000 means that your policy will pay on your behalf up to $15,000 if the collision  you cause injures one person. Bike Safety in Arizona

Bike Safety in Arizona   Bike Safety and Laws According to Arizona State law, cyclists have the very same rights and responsibilities as motorists. Respect for the rights of ALL road users will help you feel good about yourself and avoid accidents too. Most crashes between motorists and cyclists happen at intersections. Most often, when the motorist is at fault, it is because they failed to yield the right-of-way to the cyclist. About high volume, big advertising law firms — one writer’s view.

In the article, “Run of the Mill Justice” Nora Freeman Engstrom of Stanford Law School interviewed lawyers and paralegals at high volume law firms, and analyzed their not-infrequent disciplinary files. Backover Crashes

This year, the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) issued a long-delayed auto safety standard to improve vehicles' rear visibility and prevent tragic deaths that occur when drivers back into people (often children) whom they cannot see. In a 2008 law named after Cameron Gulbransen, who was killed in such a crash at age 2 when his father backed over him, Congress directed DOT to issue a rear visibility standard.  Every year more than 200 people are killed and another 15,000 are injured in these "backover" crashes.  Drivers using all three mirrors cannot see anything in a blindz

Bache & Lynch Partner to Speak on Bicycle Collision Cases

Partner Frances Lynch will be speaking next week in Maui about bicycle collision cases to the  Western Trial Lawyers Association. Riding a bike can be fun and one of the best forms of exercise but when a collision occurs, it can result in serious injury and death. Almost all serious bicycle collisions involving autos are right-of-way violations where a motor vehicle fails to yield to the slower bicycle. Cyclists are not always the easiest to spot and while these collisions are seldom intentional, they usually can be traced to the driver’s negligence in not paying attention. One of
