The other person’s insurance adjuster was very pushy on the medical claim. They were calling me every day. Wanting my permission to close my medical claim with a ridiculously low dollar amount. I didn’t even know the extent of my injuries! It was very stressful for me.

I was involved in a rear end collision where my new car was totaled and I received a devastating neck injury which resulted in major surgery.
