Bache & Lynch: Tucson Injury Lawyers

We fight for those who have been harmed, injured, or killed by the wrongful acts of others

What are contingency fees?

Our passion is helping our clients. We provide aggressive representation with a personal touch. While our attorneys have the excellent academic credentials and experience characteristic of a large firm, our firm is small, casual and friendly. Our lawyers and staff get to know all our clients well, and we take the time to learn exactly how their injuries affect their lives and those of their family members. We recognize that this is a traumatic and difficult time, and we will do all we can to help you through it. We are accessible to our clients, willing to answer any questions, and we communicate frequently.

The firm is proud to be a member of the Injury Board, a network of experienced plaintiff trial attorneys throughout the US, Canada, United Kingdom, and the Caribbean. Members of the Injury Board are dedicated advocates of the civil justice system and consumer rights. Aligned with the Injury Board’s commitment to leadership, Frances serves as a Board Member for the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.

We’re Not a High Volume Firm

We don’t have a high volume practice. We focus our efforts on cases in which we think we can produce excellent results for our clients. Our goal is to obtain full compensation for accident and injury victims and families who have lost a loved one due to another’s negligence. Once we take on a case we spare no effort and leave no stone unturned in pursuing that goal.

We Have a Strong Work Ethic and Know How to Handle Insurance Companies

We work hard for each and every one of our clients. As a former insurance defense attorney, William Bache has an in-depth understanding of how the insurance industry operates. We use this knowledge to the benefit of our injured clients. We work hard to settle cases before trial, but if we can’t obtain a fair insurance settlement, we’re very comfortable in the courtroom. With our hard work, experience, use of expert resources, and technology, we’re confident of our ability to obtain positive results for our clients from a judge, jury or arbitrator.

We Work on a Contingency Fee Basis. We Are Paid Only when We Win.

Many people have concerns about how they will pay an attorney to pursue a personal injury claim. Our attorneys are paid on a contingency fee basis. That means we will meet with you free of charge to discuss your case and answer all of your questions. We will give you our honest evaluation. If we think you have a good case and that we can help you, we will tell you that. Once we agree to take on your case, we will invest the time and money necessary to succeed. Our agreement with you is that we will only be paid for our efforts and reimbursed for our expenses, if we recover compensation for you. If we are not successful, we do not get paid.

A Dedicated Team for Each Client

We assemble a team of our attorneys and staff, and, as necessary, experts, and other professionals (such as doctors or engineers), around each client’s case.  The members of this team are involved in various aspects of proving a client’s case, including liability (fault), the nature and extent of the injuries, and the damages sustained.
