We don’t have a high volume practice. We focus our efforts on cases in which we think we can produce excellent results for our clients. We Work on a Contingency Fee Basis. We Are Paid Only when We Win.

Many people have concerns about how they will pay an attorney to pursue a personal injury claim. Our attorneys are paid on a contingency fee basis. That means we will meet with you free of charge to discuss your case and answer all of your questions. We will give you our honest evaluation. If we think you have a good case and that we can help you, we will tell you that. Once we agree to take on your case, we will invest the time and money necessary to succeed. Our agreement with you is that we will only be paid for our efforts and reimbursed for our expenses, if we recover compensation for you. If we are not successful, we do not get paid.
